I started Level Up because I watched too many sharp, talented young people drift — not for lack of ambition, but for lack of clarity. The mission has been the same ever since: equip adolescents and young adults to build a life on purpose, across mental health, mindset, wellbeing, soft skills, career, entrepreneurship and faith.

That mission has put me on stages in front of school halls, boardrooms, conferences and community summits — reaching global audiences in Hong Kong, India and Pakistan through HSBC webinars. It has shaped a Learning & Development practice that has partnered with schools, universities and organisations across the UK. And it has given me a second home behind a mic — moderating panels, hosting awards, and interviewing people doing genuinely interesting work.

“Drifting in life due to a lack of clarity is an indiscriminate path to destruction. We are here to rectify that.”
